Fall Senior Training
Grade 10-12 Fall Basketball Skill Training and Strength and Conditioning
Focus of the program is on preparing athletes for their high school seasons by focusing on individual skills and basketball strength and conditioning.
VanCity coaches and Coach Doug from Grit Basketball Training will work players in areas such as dribbling, shooting, one on one moves, transition, rebounding, and passing on their Skill Training days.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Kevin Arkoncel will work with the boys on strength, speed, power, and athleticism during their S & C days.
This Program runs from September 9 – October 31
*Note no sessions on October 7
Training Days and Times for North Shore:
Mondays: 7:00-8:00pm or 8:00-9:00pm @ Elevate Training And Wellness (103-120 Pemberton Avenue)
Thursdays: 8:00-9:30pm @ LGCA (919 Tolcross Road)
