Fall Senior Training
Grade 10-12 Fall Basketball Skill Training and Strength and Coditioning
Focus of the program is on preparing athletes for their high school seasons by focusing on individual skills and basketball strength and conditioning.
VanCity coaches and Coach Dwayne from Playmakers Basketball Training will work players in areas such as dribbling, shooting, one on one moves, transition, rebounding, and passing on their Skill Training days.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Chris Spencer will work with the boys on strength, speed, power, and athleticism durig their S & C days.
This Program runs from September 17 – October 31
*Note no sessions on October 8
Training Days and Times for North Shore:
Mondays: 8:00-9:00pm @ Level 10 Fitness (890 Harborside Drive #140)
Wednesdays: 8:15-9:45pm @ Lynn Valley Elementary School
